Terms and Conditions

1. Bookings & Scheduling

All cleaning appointments should be booked in advance via phone, email, or online form. Availability is confirmed after staffing and location review.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients can cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours notice. Short-notice changes may attract a fee depending on preparation already completed.

3. Access to Property

Clients are responsible for ensuring safe access to the premises. Delays caused by lack of access may reduce the available service window.

4. Payment Terms

Payment rules depend on the package and client type. Household clients may pay on completion while corporate engagements can flow through quotation and invoice approval.

5. Scope of Service

Each job is delivered against the agreed package scope. Requests outside the original scope may be quoted separately.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If a client is not satisfied, issues should be reported quickly so the team can assess whether a revisit or service credit is appropriate.

7. Liability & Insurance

Reasonable care is taken at all times, but clients should disclose fragile areas, hazards, or unusual site conditions before service starts.

8. Cleaning Products & Equipment

Standard materials are supplied unless the client asks us to use specific products or site-provided equipment.

9. Health, Safety & Conduct

Service may be declined or stopped where unsafe conditions exist, including biohazards, aggressive pets, or severe environmental risks.

10. Changes to Terms

Terms can be updated as the service evolves. The latest version published on the website applies from the update date.
